Take advantage of all the festivals and events in Big Bear. This wonderful retreat is centrally located just 2 blocks from the village and walking distance to many of the events Big Bear hosts year round. Your balcony is the best seat in Big Bear Lake to watch the fourth of July fireworks off the lake. This home is set in the quiet upscale neighborhood of Ironwood Estates, offering a peaceful mountain retreat with underground utilities (i.e. less power outages). It is also within walking distance to the marina so you can enjoy the lake and the village. With a short drive (or free trolley ride) to Snow Summit and Big Bear Mountain for summer mountain biking, hiking, and skiing in the winter months, this View Haus is truly a place to relax and enjoy the best Big Bear has to offer.

"The view from the house was amazing!!! We had a wonderful stay over Mother's Day weekend with our family. The house was very spacious and had everything that we needed. The house was super clean and the kitchen had every utensil and appliance you can imagine!!! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable! "This is the perfect home for a Big Bear stay. We had several generations and all 9 of us loved it and will stay again. The home is lovely- soft towels, always enough hot water, kitchen so well stocked , new appliances and sling TV and Wi-Fi . The view is unbelievable- overlooking the lake and 3 minute walk to town. The front yard was perfect for snow play. Our best stay in the area after many other years of not quite right homes- this is perfect! Excellent hosts and easy to relax." -Laura
